Endurance Training
We offer Personal Coaching, Consulting and Training Groups for endurance athletes of all levels. Our team of coaches are coaches for the same reason – we love working with, and helping you achieve your goals.
Our coaches have post-graduate training and experience working with all levels ranging from entry level to professional endurance athletes. We strive to offer a great training environment, and all our training programs are individualized for you. We like to meet you in person, watch you train and compete, and get to know you on a personal level. Although a lot of endurance coaching has turned into generic internet-based programs with no personal contact outside of social media, we have stayed at the grass roots because we believe that is gold-standard coaching. Refer to our “Coaches Page” for information on our Coaching Team. The following provides a glimpse of what we currently offer in the endurance coaching space.
Personal Coaching Includes

- “Training Peaks” on-line coaching

Testing
Testing is performed by Val, an Exercise Physiologist who started testing athletes of all codes whilst working at the University of Otago as a Sport Scientist from 1996. Val has continued using physiological testing alongside her coaching, so with 20+ years experience of marrying up an individual’s testing with their training and competition physiology, she has a very in-depth understanding of the the powerful way (and limitations) testing can be used to enhance endurance training, recovery and racing.
